Senior Pastor Argie M. Araujo

Pastor Argie M. Araujo, a native of Rocky Mount, NC, resides in Havre de Grace, MD with her husband, Mr. Joseph Araujo (affectionately known as Papa Joe). They are the parents of four magnificent children and the grandparents of six wonderful granddaughters.

Pastor Araujo received her B.S. and Master's Degrees from Towson State University. She attended St. Mary's Seminary and Determined Biblical & Theological Institute of New Shiloh Baptist Church under her Pastor, Dr. Harold A. Carter, Sr. in Baltimore, MD where she did her Initial Sermon and was licensed to preach the gospel. Pastor Araujo, ministering for more than 25 years, has preached and taught workshops throughout the USA. Pastor Araujo, an educator, taught for more than 28 years in the public and private school sectors all over the world. She continues to provide instruction on targeted subjects for several agencies. She retired as the Education Coordinator for MRDC Head Start Program in Harford County, MD. She is a 2008 graduate of the Harford Leadership Academy. She is a past member of the Citizens Advisory Board of the Harford County Department of Social Services and an intercessory prayer warrior for the Guidepost Nationwide Prayer Group. She is a graduate of Palmer Theological Seminary where she received her Doctor of Divinity degree. Rev. Dr. Araujo continues to pursue excellence as she seeks to please God in all areas of her life. Her hobbies are meeting people and traveling. She has visited four of the seven continents, including the Holy City of Jerusalem.

As a spiritual leader for her family and friends, she started a ministry in her home, teaching the Bible to all ages. She founded Messiah's Radio Ministry in March 2002 on WJRO where she preached the Word of God for 2-1/2 years. In April 2004, Pastor Araujo took an oral exam, followed by the laying on of hands by attending clergies and was Ordained and Set Apart as an ordained Minister of the Gospel by her Pastor, Dr. Harold A. Carter Sr. The Lord led her to open the doors of Messiah Community Baptist Church on December 12, 2004.

Pastor Araujo, a very generous God fearing-woman, loves the Lord with all her heart and soul. She is anointed and truly blessed by God. She is committed to obeying the two great commands: "To love the Lord with all your heart and soul and to love thy neighbor as thyself."

Associate Pastor M. Dyan Gwynn

What profit is there, if you gain the whole world and lose eternal life? Matthew 16:16 (LB)

The Reverend M. Dyan Gwynn was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. She attended Baltimore City Public Schools. After graduation from Frederick Douglass High School her baccalaureate studies study was pursued at Morgan State University with concentration in Sociology and Psychology. Her Master Degree in Human Services was earned at Lincoln University (Lincoln PA.).

Reverend Gwynn accepted Christ at the age of nine (9) and was baptized at thirteen (13) at the New Metropolitan Baptist Church (Baltimore, MD). She accepted the call to ordained ministry in 1971. Later she was licensed and then ordained. Theological studies were pursued at Virginia Union Extension (Baltimore), St Mary's Seminary & University (Baltimore), and Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary (Philadelphia). She received certification of completion from the Local Pastor's School in the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference of The United Methodist Church. Her professional and pastoral ministry include Pastoral Ministry, Founder & Executive Director – Christian Outreach Ministries , Inc. (Chester, PA), Philadelphia Baptist Association Academy instructor, Guest Instructor- Lancaster Theological Seminary, Program Coordinator-Philadelphia Religious Leadership Development Fund – Northwest Interfaith Movement (Philadelphia).

Associate Pastor Andre McGill

Rev. Dr. Andre McGill, the recent Pastor of Faith Mission Ministries, is a native of New York City. Rev. Dr. McGill accepted the call to ministry in 1993. He served nine years as Associate Pastor at People of Passion Church in Aberdeen MD under Pastor Delmus P. Neal. He also served as Associate Pastor at Faith Worship Center in Aberdeen MD. He served as Chief Counselor at Full Assurance of Faith in Germany and Chaplain in Dugway Utah for three years.

Throughout the years he has served in several capacities at various religious institutions: as a Youth Director, Evangelist, Ambassador, Torch Bearer, Music Ministry Overseer, Media Ministry Overseer, Bible Study Instructor, Facilities Overseer and Fellowship Coordinator. Rev. Dr. McGill holds an Associate of Art Degree in Business Management, Scranton College; Bachelor of Art Degree in Management, American Military University; Masters of Art in Christian Ministry (Pastoral), Liberty University; and a Doctor of Divinity Degree from Union Bible Theological Seminary in New Albany, Indiana.

Rev. Dr. McGill is married to Birgit M. McGill, and they have three children and four grandchildren.
